We build the AI Presence layer for travel.

Globetrotters.ai is an independent French company building the infrastructure tourism brands use to be represented accurately by AI assistants.

What we actually do

Travel discovery is moving from search engines to AI assistants. Travelers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Perplexity where to go, what to do and where to stay — and get an answer without ever opening a website. That answer is assembled from whatever those systems can read about you, which today is usually a third-party paraphrase rather than your own words.

Globetrotters.ai exists to change what they read. We give destinations, hotels, campsites and attractions a way to measure how AI systems currently see them, to declare the facts and narrative those systems should use, and to publish that as a machine-readable official presence — structured data, llms.txt, and live A2A, MCP and WebMCP endpoints an agent can query directly.

We work with destination marketing organizations (tourism boards for countries, regions and cities), accommodations, visitor attractions, and the agencies and consultants who serve them. The platform is bilingual by design: everything ships in English and French.

Three pillars

The same three pillars run through the product, the audit and this page.

Audit

Measure how AI engines see you today. AI Presence Readiness scores the technical foundation — structured data, crawlability, agent endpoints — while AI visibility asks whether you appear in AI answers at all, and with the right narrative.

Governance

Control the canonical facts, narrative and policies AI systems should use about your destination or property. One source of truth, versioned, with explicit permissions for what agents may read, cite and train on.

Presence

Publish a machine-readable official presence: server-rendered schema.org, llms.txt, and live A2A, MCP and WebMCP endpoints agents can query directly — so the answer travelers get comes from you.

Where this comes from

Globetrotters.ai was founded by Benoit Hediard, previously co-founder and CTO of Agorapulse, which he spent thirteen years building into a social media management platform used by thousands of brands and agencies worldwide.

That history is the reason for this company. Agorapulse was built for the era when brands had to manage a second digital presence — social — alongside their website. AI assistants are the third: a surface where your brand is discussed, summarized and recommended whether or not you participate. The tooling to manage it does not exist yet in travel. That is what we are building.
